B3048 Stoke Lane, St Mary Bourne, Basingstoke & Deane - Temporary Road Closure due to new electricity supply
What is happening?
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hampshire County Council intends to make an order under S.14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to allow works to be carried out on or near the road.
ROAD TO BE CLOSED: that part of Stoke Lane between its junction with Springhill Lane and its junction with Roman Road.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: B3048, A343, A3093, B3400.
DURATION OF ORDER: from Monday 27th July 2026 for a period of 6 months or until completion of the works whichever is sooner. (Notwithstanding, it is expected that the closure will be required for no longer than 4 days and this order will be in operation 24 hours a day).
