Ar y 14eg diwrnod o Orffennaf, 2026, lluniwyd Gorchymyn gan Gyngor Sir Ynys Môn dan Adrannau 9 a 10 Deddf Rheoli Trafnidiaeth Ffyrdd 1984 ac unrhyw bwerau galluogi eraill.

Daw’r Gorchymyn i rym ar 24.07.2026.

Pan ddaw’r Gorchymyn i rym ei effaith fydd darparu gwaharddiad ‘Dim Aros ar Unrhyw Amser’ Arbrofol fel y cyfeirir ato yn yr atodlen yma.

Bydd y Gorchymyn yn cael ei weithredu i ddechrau ar sail arbrofol am hyd at ddeunaw mis, ac ar ôl hynny caiff ei adolygu. Yna gall Cyngor Sir Ynys Môn wneud y Gorchymyn yn barhaol neu ddewis ei ymadael.

Dylid unrhyw wrthwynebiadau neu lythyrau yn cefnogi gwneud y Gorchymyn yn barhaol, (a fydd ar gael i’w harchwilio gan y cyhoedd) gael ei gwneud yn ysgrifenedig gan gynnwys eich rhesymau dros wneud hynny i’r isod:

a) o fewn 6 mis yn dechrau gyda’r diwrnod y daeth y Gorchymyn
Arbrofol i rym neu

b) os caiff y Gorchymyn ei wireddu gan berson arall neu ei ddiwygio yn ôl adran 10(2) Ddeddf Rheoli Trafnidiaeth Ffyrdd 1984, o fewn cyfnod o 6 mis yn dechrau ar y diwrnod y bydd y gwirio neu ddiwygio neu’r gwirio diweddaraf neu ddiwygio yn dod i rym.

Mae’n bosib i’r cyhoedd archwilio copi o’r Gorchymyn, y Map a’r Datganiad o resymau’r Cyngor dros wneud y Gorchymyn yn Swyddfa’r Cyngor, Llangefni neu yn llyfrgell Porthaethwy. 

Neu bydd copi o’r dogfennau a restrir uchod dros wneud y Gorchymyn ar gael ar wefan y Cyngor www.ynysmon.gov.uk/gorchmynion-cyfreithiol neu fe ddanfonir copi caled o’r dogfennau a restrir uchod drwy’r post ar gais ac am ddim os cysylltwch â smjcs@ynysmon.gov.uk neu 01248 752591 (yn ystod oriau swyddfa arferol).

Os dymunwch herio dilysrwydd y Gorchymyn ar y sail na ddaw o fewn y pwerau a roddwyd gan Ddeddf Rheoli Trafnidiaeth Ffyrdd 1984 neu ar y sail na chydymffurfiwyd ag unrhyw reoliadau a wnaed dan y Ddeddf mewn perthynas ag unrhyw reoliadau a wnaed dan y Ddeddf mewn perthynas â’r Gorchymyn neu unrhyw gymal o honno gellwch gyflwyno cais i’r Uchel Lys i’r perwyl hwnnw o fewn chwe wythnos i ddyddiad y rhybudd hwn.

EXPERIMENTAL ORDER 2026

On the 14th day of July, 2026, the Isle of Anglesey County Council made an Order under Section 9 and 10 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. 

The Order will come to effect on 24.07.2026.

The effect of the Order when it comes into force will provide for an experimental ‘No Waiting at any Time’ prohibition as referred to in the schedule below.

The Order will be implemented initially on an experimental basis for up to eighteen months, after which time it will be reviewed. The Isle of Anglesey County Council may then make the Order permanent or choose to abandon it.

Letter of support or objections (which will be available for public inspection) to the making of an Order for the purposes of such indefinite continuation should be made in writing specifying the grounds on which they are made to the undersigned at the address specified:

a) within a period of 6 months beginning with the day on which the Experimental Order came into force or

b) if that Order is verified by another order or modified pursuant to Section 10(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, within a period of 6 months beginning on the day on which the variation or modification or the latest variation or modification came into force.

It is possible to inspect a copy of the Order, Order Map and Statement of the Council’s reasons for making the Order at the Council Offices Llangefni or at Menai Bridge library. 

Alternatively, copies of the above listed documents are available on the Council’s website www.anglesey.gov.uk/legal-orders or a hard copies of the above listed documents will be sent in the post free of charge on request if you contact smjcs@ynysmon.gov.uk or 01248 752591 (during normal office hours).

Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any regulations made under the Act were not complied with in relation to the Order or any part of it may make an application to the High Court for that purpose within six weeks of the date of this notice.

1.2 Tyddyn Mostyn
On both sides from the junction with Cil Y Graig for a distance of 15 meters in a south easterly direction. 

1.3 Ysgol Y Borth Main Entrance On both sides from the junction with Cil Y Graig for a distance of 22 meters in a westerly direction.
