ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14

TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS– ALTON ROAD & BESSBOROUGH ROAD SW15

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth has made an order to restrict vehicular movement in Alton Road & Bessborough Road to facilitate Road and Footway alteration works for the New Development.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place, temporary waiting restrictions will be introduced in the roads or sections of roads listed below:-

    • Alton Road - between Lamp Columns 22-26 (outside the New Development)
    • Bessborough Road -from the junction with Alton Road to the junction with Norley Vale.
    • Alton Road, the footway between lamp columns 22-26 will also be closed for the duration of the works.

Access to properties will be maintained at all times.

3. Whilst the order remains in force the alternative route for traffic affected by the closure will be appropriately signed.

4. Further information may be obtained from the Council’s Network Management section – telephone number (020) 8871 6904.

5. The order will come into operation on 13 July 2026 and will remain in place until the works are complete. The order will remain in place for no longer than 18 months, although the works are expected to be complete by 31 August 2026.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE – CHATTO ROAD SW11

  1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth has made an order to restrict vehicular movement in Chatto Road to facilitate Thames Water utility works.
  2. Whilst the said works are taking place, no vehicle shall enter, proceed or wait along Chatto Road from the junction with Webbs Road to the junction with Alfriston Road. There will be no waiting at any time.
  3. Whilst the order remains in force the alternative route for traffic affected by the closure will be appropriately signed.
  4. Further information may be obtained from the Council’s Network Management section – telephone number (020) 8871 6904.
  5. The order will come into operation on 13 July 2026 and will remain in place until the works are complete. The order will remain in place for no longer than 18 months, although the works are expected to be complete by 1 September 2026.

  1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth has made an order to restrict vehicular movement in Colinette Road to facilitate a Crane Operation.
  2. Whilst the said works are taking place, no vehicle shall enter, proceed or wait along Colinette Road from the junction with Upper Richmond Road to the junction with Howards Lane. The footway on both sides will also be closed for the duration of the works. Pedestrian access will be maintained via banksmen. There will be no waiting 09:30 -15:00.
  3. Whilst the order remains in force the alternative route for traffic affected by the closure will be appropriately signed.
  4. Further information may be obtained from the Council’s Network Management section – telephone number (020) 8871 6904.
  5. The order will come into operation on 15 July 2026 and will remain in place until the works are complete. The order will remain in place for no longer than 18 months, although the works are expected to be complete by 15 July 2026.

  1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth has made an order to restrict vehicular movement in Crestway to facilitate Cadent gas utility works.
  2. Whilst the said works are taking place on Crestway temporary waiting restrictions will be introduced on both sides of the road as follows:-
    • outside number 17 to the junction with Dover House Road
    • outside number 2 - 12

There will be no waiting at any time Monday - Sunday.

3. Whilst the order remains in force the alternative route for traffic affected by the closure will be appropriately signed.

4. Further information may be obtained from the Council’s Network Management section – telephone number (020) 8871 6904.

5. The order will come into operation on 13 July 2026 and will remain in place until the works are complete. The order will remain in place for no longer than 18 months, although the works are expected to be complete by 20 July 2026.

  1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth has made an order to restrict vehicular movement in Dover House Road to facilitate Cadent Gas utility works.
  2. Whilst the said works are taking place, no vehicle shall enter, proceed or wait along Dover House Road from the Junction of Putney Heath to the junction of Westmead. There will be no waiting at any time.
  3. Whilst the order remains in force the alternative route for traffic affected by the closure will be appropriately signed.
  4. Further information may be obtained from the Council’s Network Management section – telephone number (020) 8871 6904.
  5. The order will come into operation on 18 July 2026 and will remain in place until the works are complete. The order will remain in place for no longer than 18 months, although the works are expected to be complete by 21 July 2026.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14

TEMPORARY CLOSURE – KIMBER ROAD SW18

  1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth has made an order to restrict vehicular movement in Kimber Road to facilitate parking restrictions for Southern Gas Networks utility works.
  2. Whilst the said works are taking place, no vehicle shall enter, proceed or wait along Kimber Road, there will be additional parking restrictions introduced for the duration as follows :-
    • Temporary double yellow lines will be installed on both sides of Kimber Road between Lydon Grove and Garratt Lane.
    • Between Lydon Grove and Twilley Street, temporary double yellow lines will be added to the even number side, the opposite side of the road to the parking bays.
    • From the mini roundabout at the junction of Burr Road to the junction of Merton Road A218, temporary double yellow lines will be in place on both sides of the road.
    • In addition to these temporary double yellow lines, the parking bays along King Georges Park will be suspended on both sides of the road.
    • Whilst the order remains in force the alternative route for traffic affected by the closure will be appropriately signed.
  3. Further information may be obtained from the Council’s Network Management section – telephone number (020) 8871 6904.
  4. The order will come into operation on 17 July 2026 and will remain in place until the works are complete. The order will remain in place for no longer than 18 months, although the works are expected to be complete by 4 September 2026.
