High Grove Road Grasscroft - Temporary Closure Order

THE OLDHAM - HIGH GROVE ROAD GRASSCROFT TEMPORARY CLOSURE ORDER 2026
The Oldham Borough Council intend to make a Temporary Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from proceeding along that part of High Grove Road Grasscroft from its junction with Elsted Road to its junction with Highbank Crescent.
The alternative route will be via Mossley Road, Oldham Road, Shaw Hall Bank Road, Church Road and vice versa.
The Order is to be made to allow for gas main replacement works and will be in force for 19 days from 27th July 2026, or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
