NOTICE OF TEMPORARY 20MPH SPEED LIMIT – ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 –
Nantwich Road/Brynlow Drive, Middlewich
Notice is hereby given that the Cheshire East Borough Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and of all other enabling powers proposes to make an order the effect of which will be to temporarily restrict traffic.
20mph Speed Limit – Nantwich Road, Middlewich
– From outside Manor Lodge to county boundary
Brynlow Drive, Middlewich – From the junction of Nantwich Road to the junction of Longmoss Close
This order will come into operation on Friday 31 July 2026 and will continue in force for 18 months or for such less time as is necessary to complete the work to be executed in the highway, although it is anticipated that the works will be completed by Friday 28 August 2026.
