(STATION ROAD, THURNBY) (AMENDMENT 13) ORDER 202

THE LEICESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL hereby gives notice that it proposes to make an Order under Sections 1, 2, 4, 5, 19, 32, 35, 45, 46, 47, 49 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (“the Act”), and of all other enabling powers, and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 to the Act, the effect of which will be: To impose No Waiting at Any Time Restrictions on Station Road, Thurnby from its junction with Thurncourt Road to a point 44 metres south of its junction with Thurncourt Road on both sides of the carriageway as shown in Plan TM5230/ATF5/T1/1

A copy of the proposed Order, together with a plan illustrating the proposals and an explanatory statement giving the Council’s reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected during normal office hours at my offices, Room 200, County Hall, Glenfield, Leicester LE3 8RA or at the offices of Harborough District Council, The Symington Building, Adam & Eve Street, Market Harborough, LE16 7AG

Objections to the proposals, specifying the grounds on which they are made, should be sent in writing to the undersigned by not later than 30th July 2026, quoting reference BB/HTWMT/6200. ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 23

PUFFIN CROSSING, DISTRICT OF HARBOROUGH STATION ROAD, THURNBY

The Leicestershire County Council proposes to upgrade the existing Zebra Crossing to a signalised Puffin Crossing in accordance with Section 23 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 at the following location:-
