NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of Peterborough in exercise of its powers under Section 35C & 46A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and in compliance with Regulation 25 of part V of The Local Authorities’ Traffic Order (Procedure) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996 intends to vary the following orders:
The Council of the City of Peterborough (Civil Enforcement Area) (Off Street Parking Places) Order 2013
The Variations will be brought into effect on 3rd August 2026, as detailed in the tables below:
