NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, intend, under its relevant powers, to make the following Order: C1135 From A4103 To Snails Bank, Frames Hill, Temporary Road Closure Order, to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the C1135 From A4103 To Snails Bank, Fromes Hill, approximately 710mtrs North of junction with the A4103. Grid Ref: 367728/247195.
The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via the C1138 onto the B4220 onto the A4103 and vice versa.
The said closure is required due to pole replacement works and the likelihood of danger to the public whilst the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 6th of August 2026 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State) but the works are expected to be completed within 1 day.
