Proposed order: To impose a temporary 30 mph speed limit on that part of A451 Stourbridge Rd in both directions from a point 210 metres east of its junction with B4189 Park Gate Rd for a distance of 539 metres in an easterly direction and to hereby temporarily suspend that part of the Worcestershire County Council (Hurcott Village, Kidderminster) (30 & 50 MPH Speed Limit) (Revocation and Proposal) Order 2026 to facilitate the speed restriction relating to that part of the highway for the duration of the work.
