Appeal by: Sean Rogers, Michael Connors & James Connors

Relating to: The application submitted to South Derbyshire District Council for

The change of use of open grazing land to form a 3 pitch family gypsy and traveller site and the creation of a new access road 

and

The service of an Enforcement Notice, relating to The material change of use from agricultural land to use for a 3 pitch family gypsy and traveller site, facilitated by the carrying out the drainage and engineering operations comprising the installation of a septic tank, the excavation of the land, laying and compaction of aggregate materials and tarmac to form hardstanding areas and an access track, the raising and grading of land levels, together with stationing and residential occupation of caravans and the erection of fencing and access gates

Elizabeth Pleasant BSc(Hons), DipTP, MRTPI the Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State under paragraph 1(1) of schedule 6 to the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 will attend at the place, date and time shown above to decide the appeal(s).

You will need to include your name, email address and details of the attendee's status within the context of the appeal i.e., interested party.

Anyone wishing to speak at the hearing should make themselves known to the Inspector on the day as the Planning Inspectorate will not respond to requests to speak at the event in advance of the hearing.
