Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the U40352 Bozard Lane Road, Tredington at the Railway Level Crossing for 50 metres, in an east to west direction, for a distance of approximately 100 metres.

The reason for the said closure is for Railway Level Crossing annual barrier maintenance and adjustments.

The said road is expected to be closed from 23:00hrs on 13th July 2026 until 06:00hrs on 14th July 2026 only. However, if the said works are not completed by this date the Order may remain in force for up to eighteen months or until the said works have been completed, whichever is sooner.

Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the C52 Tibberton Lane Road from a point at Tibberton Brook to outside of the property known as ‘Lowlands’ for a distance of approximately 500 metres.

The reason for the said closure is for works on behalf of Network Plus.

The said road is expected to be closed from 09:30hrs on 13th July 2026 until 15:30hrs on 14th July 2026 only. However, if the said works are not completed by this date the Order may remain in force for up to eighteen months or until the said works have been completed, whichever is sooner.

Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, intends to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the lengths of road as detailed in the Schedule below.

The reason for the said closures is to install signs and lining works.

The said roads are expected to be closed from 09:30hrs on 27th July 2026 where the presence of approved signage will indicate whether they are in force. Further advance warnings of dates/ times will be displayed on site prior to the said closures taking effect. This Order may permit the said closures in any order, or simultaneously as required. It is anticipated that all works will be completed by 15:30hrs on 28th July 2026, but the Order can continue until the said works have been completed for a maximum duration of 18 months.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PART FOOTPATH ZCH 86 (BATTLEDOWN WARD) CHELTENHAM BOROUGH

NOTICE is hereby given that the Secretary of State for Transport has further extended the Order to close temporarily under Sections 14, 15 and 16 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 (as amended) the Public Footpath ZCH 86 from its junction with Priors Road in a generally south easterly direction for a distance of approximately 250 metres before turning in a southerly direction for a distance of approximately 240 metres to its junction with Harp Hill.

The said closure is necessary to safeguard the public whilst construction works are carried out.

This temporary closure Order came into force on the 11th February 2026 and was expected to end on the 11th August 2026. However, the said works have still not been completed and the Secretary of State has granted an extension until 11th February 2028 or until the said works are completed, whichever is earliest.
