(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2026

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 13th July 2026 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Launceston.
This prohibition is necessary for new water connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 27th July 2026 to 31st July 2026. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only. Road affected - Windmill Hill, Launceston between the junction with Penworth Close and grid reference SX 33205 84161.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 13th July 2026 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Launceston.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Bude.
This prohibition is necessary for footbridge replacement works and it is expected that the closure will be from 10th August 2026 to 14th August 2026. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only. Road affected - Road From Stursdon Cross To Coombe, Bude between grid reference SS 20850 11735 and property known as Ford Cottage.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of highway in Bude-Stratton.
This prohibition is necessary for gas mains replacement works and it is expected that the closure will be from 10th August 2026 to 19th October 2026. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included. Public right of way affected - Footpath 33 in the Parish of Bude-Stratton between the junctions with The Strand and Bramble Hill.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Launceston.
This prohibition is necessary for resurfacing works and it is expected that the closure will be from 10th August 2026 to 15th August 2026. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0600, weekends included. Roads affected - A388 Between Tavistock Road And Little Comfort and A388 Between Little Comfort And Junction North West Of Monks Hill for their entire lengths, Launceston.
