(Road From Mine Hill To Junction West Of Berry Farm, Menheniot) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2026
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 13th July 2026 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Menheniot.
This prohibition is necessary for installation works of a new test post and it is expected that the closure will be from 28th July 2026, for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1800, weekdays only. Road affected - Road From Mine Hill To Junction West Of Berry Farm, Menheniot between property known as Higher Lodge and grid reference SX 31015 61585.

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2026
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Bocaddon.
This prohibition is necessary for pole replacement works and it is expected that the closure will be from 15th August 2026 to 16th August 2026. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0800 and 1600, weekends included. Road affected - Road From Junction West Of Willacombe To Junction North East Of Meadow Road, Bocaddon between grid references SX 16344 57377 and SX 17227 57106.

Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984) Temporary One-Way Traffic Restriction Order 2026
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above order dated 13th July 2026 in exercise of its powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to impose a temporary one-way restriction over an area of highway being B3247 Between Military Road And Withnoe Lane, Freathy between the junctions of Military Road and Clampet Lane in a north west to south easterly direction.
The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed owing to public safety during the Mount Edgcumbe American and Classic Car Show & Summer Fayre event. The Order will come into operation at 0730 hours on 2nd August 2026 and continue until 1800 hours on the 2nd August 2026, weekends included. Nothing in Paragraph 1 of this Order will apply to emergency services, traffic associated with the works required within the highway specified above, any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer.
