LOVEROSE WAY, LANDORE, SWANSEA NOTICE 2026
NOTICE is hereby given that the Council of the City and County of Swansea in pursuance of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) intend to make an Order. In order for DCWW to replace a water main, it has been necessary to temporarily close the above road to vehicular traffic.

SCHEDULE - TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
LOVEROSE WAY, LANDORE, SWANSEA
The Bus route from the junction of B4603 Neath Road in a westerly direction, to the entrance of Landore Social Club car park, a distance of approximately 150 metres.
The alternative route will be via A4217 and B4603 Neath Road, a distance of approximately 1 kilometre.
Access for emergency vehicles and pedestrians to be maintained at all times.
The maximum duration of the order is 18 months and it is anticipated the work will take 6 weeks to complete effective from Monday 20th July 2026.
