What is happening?
The Redbridge (Off-Street Parking Places) (Amendment No. 1) Order 2026
Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Redbridge made on 08 July 2026 the above named Order. The general effect of the Order which comes into force on 10 July 2026 is to introduce a new CP46 Ley Street Depot car park, operational at all times, for Council staff only at the prevailing staff parking charge.
A copy of the Order may be examined at the Customer Centre, Lynton House, 255-259 High Road, Ilford, IG1 1NY between 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday inclusive (except on Bank/public holidays), until the last day of a period of six weeks beginning with the date on which the Order was made.
If any person wishes to question the validity of the Order or of any of its provisions on the grounds that they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under that Act has not been complied with, that person may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
