Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Haringey on 1st July 2026 has made the above mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

The general effect of the Orders would be: To make the following changes to our map-based records at the locations listed below. These changes are purely administrative to ensure accuracy of our records and consistency with the on-street signage which will result in no physical changes on the ground:

Location

Description

Brantwood Road N17

1. To revoke the single yellow line outside No.90–74, No.68–60, No.60–48, No.48–32, opposite No.21–27 and opposite No.15–11 (not including small section separating permit bays outside No.60).

2. To extend the permit holder only bay outside No.60 west by approximately 1 metre.

3. To formalise the CPZ operational hours for the single yellow line outside No.60 and opposite No.9.

4. To formalise the no loading at any time restrictions opposite No.17–19.

Boundary Road N22

To formalise the CPZ operational times for the resident permit holders only bays outside No.256/258 and opposite No.260–248.

Bromley Road N17

To formalise the Saturday event day operational times for the pay by phone bay opposite the flank wall of No.710 High Road.

Crawley Road N22

To formalise all existing permit holders only bays (operating CPZ hours) between Westbury Avenue and Sirdar Road.

Crowland Road N15

To formalise the maximum stay period of 1 hour for the pay by phone bays outside Crowland Primary School.

Colina Road/Park Road N15

To formalise all existing no loading at any time restrictions on all double yellow lines on Colina Road and on Park Road opposite No.40.

Compton Crescent N17

To formalise the operational times for the shared use permit holders only/pay by phone bays outside No.1–42 Falconer Court and Kestrel House of 8am–6:30pm and on event days Monday–Friday 8am–8:30pm, Saturday–Sunday 8am–8pm and public holidays 12pm–8pm (with maximum stay of 4 hours and no return within 1 hour for paid parking).

Denmark Road/Wightman Road N8

1. To formalise the no loading at any time restrictions:

a. On Denmark Road at both sides at the junction with Wightman Road (approximately 10 metres).

b. On the west side of Wightman Road adjacent to No.383/389 (mosque/community centre).

2. To adjust the no waiting at any time restrictions in accordance with the kerb line on Wightman Road at either side of its junction with Raleigh Road.

Elder Avenue N8

To formalise the no loading at any time restrictions adjacent the flank walls of No.26 & No.27 Broadway Parade.

Felix Avenue N8

To formalise the shared use Permit Holders Only/Pay by Phone (max stay 1 hour) bays adjacent to No.14 and No.16 Weston Park.

Ferndale Road N15

To formalise the shared use Permit Holders Only/Pay by Phone (max stay/no return of 1 hour) bays adjacent to No.127 and No.129 Fairview Road.

Franklin Street N15

To formalise the disabled parking bay outside No.13.

Honeysett Road/Reform Row/Dowsett Road N17

To formalise all existing loading at any time restrictions:

1. On all existing double yellow lines on Honeysett Road.

2. Opposite No.2 on Dowsett Road.

3. Adjacent to the flank wall of No.560 to 568 High Road on Reform Row.

4. At either side of the junction with Honeysett Road on Reform Row.

Howard Road N15

1. To extend the double yellow lines at the junction with St Ann’s Road southwest by approximately 8.5 metres.

2. To formalise the shared use Permit Holders/Pay by Phone bays (maximum stay of 2 hours, no return within 1 hour) operating CPZ hours adjacent to the flank walls of No.73/75 St Ann’s Road No.69/71 St Ann’s Road.

Hampstead Lane N6

To extend the double yellow lines opposite Kenwood House entrance west by approximately 27 metres.

1. To formalise the no waiting (Monday–Saturday 7–8am & 6–7pm) and no loading (Monday–Saturday 6–7pm) restriction outside No.53–59 & No.42–50.

2. To formalise the operating days of Monday–Saturday for the no loading restriction outside No.17–21 & No.13–15.

3. To formalise the no waiting/loading at any time restrictions outside No.10.

4. To formalise the operational times for the pay by phone bay outside No.12–20 of 8am–6pm.

Kitchener Road N17

At the junction with Philip Lane extend the double yellow lines on both sides north by approximately 5 metres and extend the adjacent shared use permit holders/pay by phone bays south towards the junction by approximately 6 metres.

Lordsmead Road N17

To formalise the no loading at any time restrictions adjacent to No.159 Lordship Lane.

Lordship Lane N17

To convert resident permit holders to permit holders parking for the shared use parking permit holders/pay by phone bay outside Bruce Castle Park.

Mount Pleasant Road N17

To formalise the permit holders only bay operating CPZ hours outside No.324.

Myddelton Road/Miles Road N8

1. To formalise the no waiting at any time restrictions outside and adjacent to Lotus Court on Myddelton Road/Miles Road.

2. To formalise the resident permit holders only bay (operating CPZ hours) outside Lotus Court (opposite garages) on Miles Road.

Newlyn Road N17

To formalise operating times/days for the loading only bay adjacent to No.35 Lordship Lane of Monday–Sunday 8am–8:30pm, maximum stay 40 minutes and no return within 1 hour.

Norfolk Avenue N15

To formalise the maximum stay period of 1 hour for the pay by phone bay outside No.4.

Park Grove N11

To revoke the double yellow line opposite No.5/outside 1–18 Park Court.

Pelham Road N15

To formalise the business permit holders parking and single yellow line (both operating CPZ hours) adjacent to No.47 (Pelham Road) and No.47 (Pelham Road).

Philip Lane N15

To formalise the single yellow line outside No.174 operating Monday–Saturday 8am–6:30pm.

St Ann’s Road / Harringay Road N15

To formalise the no waiting/no loading at any time restrictions and adjust in accordance with the kerb line at the junction of St Anns Road/Green Lanes and at the junction of St Anns Road/Harringay Road.

Turnpike Lane N8

1. To formalise the no waiting/no loading Monday–Saturday 8am–7pm restriction outside No.95/97.

2. To extend the existing pay by phone bays with time and no waiting/no loading restrictions from outside No.73 east to outside No.67.

3. To formalise the operational times for the No Waiting/No Loading restrictions of Monday–Saturday 8am–9am on the south side of the road outside No.125–99, No.83, No.77–67, No.61–9.

Upper Tollington Park N4

To formalise the shared use pay by phone parking restrictions for the resident permit holders only bay opposite No.89 of Monday–Saturday 10am–5pm with a maximum stay and no return period of 2 hours.

Wakefield Road N15

To formalise all resident permit holders only bays from outside No.2 to No.24 (operating CPZ hours).

Willoughby Road N8

To formalise the permit holders only restrictions operating CPZ hours opposite No.1–6 & No.8–13.

Worcester Avenue N17

To formalise the event day operational times for the no waiting/no loading restrictions outside and opposite No.1–21 of 8am–10pm.

Date of operation: The Orders will come into operation on 9th July 2026.

Further details: An appointment can be made, by emailing traffic.orders@haringey.gov.uk to inspect the Orders during normal office hours at the reception desk of Alexandra House, 10 Station Road, Wood Green, N22 7TR within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made or can be viewed online at https://streets.appyway.com/haringey once operational.

Application to the high court: Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it does not comply with the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made there under have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
