ORDER 2026
Notice is hereby given that Bracknell Forest Borough Council intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order, in accordance with Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding in any direction along:
a) Grant Road, Crowthorne between Addiscombe Road and Pinehill Road.
The alternative route for this closure is Addiscombe Road, Gordon Road, Pinehill Road and this route reversed.
The purpose of this Order is to ensure public & worker safety while the highway Authority replace broken pipework in the carriageway.
The proposed Order will come into operation on the 28th July 2026, and its maximum duration will be 6 months. However, it is currently planned that the road closure will be in place from 28th July between 09:30 and 15:30.
This Order shall only apply when the appropriate signs and markings are displayed in the road.
