(Blundell Steet) (Temporary Suspension of Parking Places For Limited Waiting For A Maximum Of Two Hours With No Return Within One Hour & Baltic Triangle Business Parking Permit Holders - Outer Zone) (Temporary Parking Places For Limited Waiting For A Maximum Of Two Hours With No Return Within One Hour & Baltic Triangle Business Parking Permit Holders Outer Zone) Order, 2026.

Notice is hereby given that the Council intends to make the above-mentioned Order under Section 14 of The Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984: -

1. The Parking Places and Controlled Parking Zone (Liverpool) Order, 2009, is hereby: -

(1) Suspended in so far as it relates to the existing Baltic Triangle limited waiting parking place (Baltic Triangle business parking permit holders) (outer zone, max. wait 2 hours, no return within 1 hour, Mon-Sun, 7am- 11pm) on Blundell Street, north west side, from a point 5.5m south west of its junction with Jamaica Street in a south westerly direction for a distance of 129m.

(2) Varied so as to include the temporary Baltic Triangle limited waiting parking places (Baltic Triangle business parking permit holders) (outer zone, max. wait 2 hours, no return within 1 hour, Mon-Sun, 7am-11pm) on Blundell Street, north west side, from a point - (a) 5.5m south west of its junction with Jamaica Street for a distance of 47m in a south westerly direction; (b) 60m south west of its junction with Jamaica Street for a distance of 40m in a south westerly direction; & (c) 107.5m south west of its junction from Jamaica Street for a distance of 89.5m in a south westerly direction.

2. This Order will be operative from the 24 July 2026 to 24 January 2028 or for such lesser period of time as dictated by the earlier completion of the works which are to facilitate the introduction of a rain garden/sustainable drainage system.
