Devon County Council made these on 8 July to come into force 1 0 July: Devon County Council (Clifton Hill, Newtown, Exeter) (One-Way with Contraflow Cycling) Order 2026 to introduce One Way Except Cycles on a specified length of Clifton Hill; Devon County Council (Russell Street, Newtown, Exeter) (Prohibition of Motor Vehicles) Order 2026 for a specified length of Russell Street: introduce Prohibition of Motor Vehicles/revoke One Way/ revoke Prohibition of Goods Vehicles Exceeding 7.5 Tonnes. Orders & related documents may be seen at devon.cc/tro. Free bookable computer use is available during the opening hours of Devon Libraries. Documents are also available to view during normal office hours at the address below. If you wish to question the validity of an order or any of its provisions because it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any requirement of that Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with, you may within 6 weeks from the date on which the order was made apply to the High Court for this purpose.
