Devon County Council made these on 8 July to come into force 10 July for Exeter: Devon County Council (Bampfylde Street. Exeter) (Revocation of No Loading) Amendment Order 2026 for the revocation of No Loading At Any Time on a specified length of Bampfylde Street & Devon County Council (City Centre Area, Exeter) (Traffic Regulation) Order 2026 to introduce No Entry from Cheeke Street into the Bus Station exit. For ease of reference existing restrictions are in the order. Orders & related documents may be seen at devon.cc/tro. Free bookable computer use is available during the opening hours of Devon Libraries. Documents are also available to view during normal office hours at the address below. If you wish to question the validity of an order or any of its provisions because it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any requirement of that Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with, you may within 6 weeks from the date on which the order was made apply to the High Court for this purpose.
