What is happening?
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE – VARIOUS ROADS, EWSHOT & CRONDALL, HART
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hampshire County Council intends to make an order under S.14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to allow works to be carried out on or near the road.
ROADS TO BE CLOSED:
Redlands Lane between its junction with The Hollow and continuing to a point 10 metres East on Redlands Lane.
The Hollow between its junction with Heath Lane and its junction with Redlands Lane.
Heath Lane between its junction with The Hollow and continuing to a point 36 metres East on Heath Lane.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE:
Heath Lane, Dippenhall Street, Pankridge Street, Bowling Alley, Farnham Road, Doras Green Lane.
DURATION OF ORDER:
From Wednesday 22nd July 2026 for a period of 6 months or until completion of the works whichever is sooner. (Notwithstanding, it is expected that the closure will be required for no longer than 2 days and this order will be in operation 24 hours a day).
The Temporary Road Closure has been granted by Hampshire County Council to facilitate works for Connect It Utility Services to complete overhead cable upgrades. If there are any queries or enquiries regarding this Order please contact: nrswa@cius.co.uk.
