TEMPORARY TRAFFIC RESTRICTIONS – TINWORTH STREET
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, to enable carriageway maintenance works, the Council of the London Borough of Lambeth has made an Order, the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of Tinworth Street, between its junction with Vauxhall Walk
and a point 10 metres north-west of that junction.
2. Alternative routes for affected vehicles will be available via Albert Embankment, Black Prince Road and Vauxhall Walk, and via Vauxhall Walk, Glasshouse Walk, Tyers Street, Black Prince Road and Albert Embankment. The alternative route for cyclists will be via Vauxhall Walk, Black Prince Road and Albert Embankment.
3. The Order will come into force on 11 July 2026 and continue in force for a maximum duration of 2 months, to allow for contingencies, or until the works have been completed whichever is the sooner. In practice, it is anticipated that the works will take 5 days to complete.
