TEMPORARY TRAFFIC RESTRICTIONS – BOWLING GREEN STREET
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, to enable guttering works, the Council of the London Borough of Lambeth has made an Order, the effect of which will be to temporarily introduce a north east to south-west one-way traffic system in Bowling Green Street, between its junction with Kennington Road and a point 41 metres south-west of that junction.
2. The alternative route for affected vehicles will be available via Magee Street, Kennington Park Road and Kennington Road.
3. The Order will come into force on 14 July 2026 and continue in force for a maximum duration of 1 month, to allow for contingencies, or until the works have been completed whichever is the sooner. In practice, it is anticipated that the works will take 2 days to complete.
