MOORWOOD MOOR LANE, WESSINGTON
WHEN: 27 July 2026 (09:30 to 15:30)
WHERE: Moorwood Moor Lane, Wessington, Footpath 4, Wessington from a point 320m southwest of the Jct. with the A615 Matlock Road for a distance of 550m in a south westerly direction.
REASON: To facilitate telegraph pole testing works.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Moorwood Moor Lane, A615 Matlock Road, Birches Lane, High Road,
Inns Lane, Moorwood Moor Lane and vice versa. Access will be maintained, whenever reasonably possible, on the affected length of road. The road will re-open as soon as the work is finished. This may be earlier than advertised. Anyone needing further information should ring Call Derbyshire on 01629 533190. The County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit its use by traffic.
