LANCASHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(CASTLE GATE, MOOR LANE AND PARSON LANE, CLITHEROE, RIBBLE VALLEY BOROUGH) (REVOCATION AND PROHIBITION OF WAITING) ORDER 202*



NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Lancashire County Council propose to make the above Traffic Regulation Order under Sections 1, 2 and 4 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to:
1. Revoke the "Lancashire County Council (Ribble Valley Borough Area) (On Street Parking Places, Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting) Consolidation Order 2009" insofar as it relates to:
a) Items (75)d) and (75)e) of Schedule 10.01;
b) Item (2) of Schedule 11.075.
2. Introduce a prohibition of waiting in the following lengths of road:
a) Castle Gate, Clitheroe, the south west side, from a point 5 metres west of its junction with the centreline of Moor Lane for a distance of 5 metres in a westerly direction;
b) Moor Lane, Clitheroe, the west side, from a point 5 metres south of its junction with the centreline of Castle Gate for a distance of 5 metres in a southerly direction;
c) Parson Lane, Clitheroe, the south side, from it junction with the centreline of Back Castle Gate to its junction with the centreline of Rock Street.

A copy of the draft Order and associated documents for proposing to make the Order may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of Ribble Valley Borough Council, Council Offices, Church Walk, Clitheroe, BB7 2RA and at the offices of The Director of Law and Governance, Lancashire County Council, County Hall, Fishergate, Preston PR1 8XJ, and on Lancashire County Councils Website
