(PEEL STREET AND SHAWBRIDGE STREET, CLITHEROE, RIBBLE VALLEY BOROUGH) (PROHIBITION OF WAITING) ORDER 202*
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Lancashire County Council propose to make the above Traffic Regulation Order under Sections 1, 2 and 4 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to introduce a prohibition of wating in the following lengths of road:
a) Peel Street, Clitheroe, the north west side, from its junction with the centreline of Shawbridge Street for a distance of 14.5 metres in a south westerly direction;
b) Shawbridge Street, Clitheroe, the south west side, from its junction with the centreline of Peel Street for a distance of 8 metres in a north westerly direction.
A copy of the draft Order and associated documents for proposing to make the Order may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of Ribble Valley Borough Council, Council Offices, Church Walk, Clitheroe, BB7 2RA and at the offices of The Director of Law and Governance, Lancashire County Council, County Hall, Fishergate, Preston PR1 8XJ, and on Lancashire County Councils Website
