What is happening?

TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
DELVES ROAD, KILLAMARSH
WHEN: 25 July to 13 September 2026 (08:00 to 18:00 each day).
WHERE: Delves Road, Killamarsh between Sheepcote Road and Cherry Tree Drive.
REASON: To facilitate surface dressing and associated works (patching works Saturdays only, footway works any 5 days within period).
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Sheepcote Road, High Street, Westthorpe Road, Cherry Tree Drive and vice versa.
Access will be maintained, whenever reasonably possible, on the affected length of road. The road will re-open as soon as the work is finished. This may be earlier than advertised. Anyone needing further information should ring Call Derbyshire on 01629 533190. The County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit its use by traffic.
