Notice is hereby given that The North Yorkshire Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32(1) & 35(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 & Part IV of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act & under the Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which will be to introduce the restrictions specified in Schedule 1 below:- Schedule 1 - Prohibition of Waiting & Loading & Provision of Parking Whitby, Fairfield Way (U98), Northwest side from the Western radius kerb on the A171- Stainsacre Lane to Northeast for 139m - No waiting at any time. Whitby, Fairfield Way (U98), South side from the Southeast radius kerb 37m East of the termination point of Fairfield Way to Southeast for 7m - No waiting at any time. Whitby, Fairfield Way (U98), Northeast side from the Northeast termination point of Fairfield Way to Southeast for 250m – No waiting at any time. Whitby, Fairfield Way (U98), Southeast side from the Eastern radius kerb of the A171- Stainacre Lane to Northeast for 126m - No waiting at any time. A copy of the draft Order, together with a map showing the roads affected & a statement of the Council's reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected at County Hall, Northallerton & at North Yorkshire Council Whitby Library Windsor Terrace Whitby YO21 1EY during normal office hours from 09/07/26 to 30/07/26 & also viewed online at
