Rhoddir HYSBYSIAD drwy hyn fod Cyngor Sir Penfro yn bwriadu, nid llai na saith diwrnod o ddyddiad yr hysbysiad hwn, gwneud gorchymyn o dan adran 14 o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 fel y’i diwygiwyd gan Ddeddf Traffig Ffyrdd (Cyfyngiadau Dros Dro) 1991.

Mae’r gorchymyn arfaethedig yn angenrheidiol fel y gellir gwneud gwaith gosod ceblau telathrebu o dan ac uwchben y ddaear.

Effaith y gorchymyn fydd gwahardd dros dro bob traffig cerbydol heblaw am gerbydau esempt rhag mynd ar hyd y rhan honno o ffordd dosbarth III yr C3120 Tiers Cross i Gastell Gwalchmai, Tiers Cross – o’i chyffordd â ffordd yr C3006 Tiers Cross i Hwlffordd, i’r grollewin i’w chyffordd â’r fynedfa sy’n arwain at yr eiddo a elwir yn Fferm Moor.

Y bwriad yw y bydd y cyfyngiadau, a fydd yn cael eu dangos gan arwyddion ffyrdd yn unol â hynny, yn dod i rym ddydd Llun 27 Gorffennaf 2026 am oddeutu 10 diwrnod gwaith rhwng 9.30am a 3.30pm.

Bydd y gwaith yn cael ei wneud ar raglen dreigl er mwyn tarfu cyn lleied â phosibl.

Y llwybr amgen ar gyfer traffig fydd ar hyd ffordd yr C3006 o Tiers Cross i Hwlffordd, ffordd yr C3024 o Tiers Cross i groesffordd White Hart, ffordd y B4327 o Hwlffordd i Dale, ffordd yr C3125 o Gastell Gwalchmai i Capeston a ffordd yr C3120.

Bydd y gorchymyn yn parhau i fod yn ddilys am 18 mis ar y mwyaf fel cynllun wrth gefn pe bai angen aildrefnu’r gwaith, neu os bydd unrhyw amgylchiadau annisgwyl.

THE COUNTY OF PEMBROKE (CLASS III (C3120) TIERS CROSS TO WALWYNS CASTLE ROAD, TIERS CROSS) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC) ORDER 2026

NOTICE is hereby given that Pembrokeshire County Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991.

The proposed Order is necessary so that telecom underground and overhead cabling works can be carried out.

The effect of the Order will be to temporarily prohibit all vehicular traffic other than exempted vehicles from proceeding along that section of Class III (C3120) Tiers Cross to Walwyns Castle road, Tiers Cross – from its junction with the C3006 Tiers Cross to Haverfordwest road, west to its junction with the access leading to the property known as Moor Farm.

It is intended that the restrictions, which will be signed accordingly, will come into effect on Monday 27th July 2026 for approximately 10 working days between 09:30hrs–15:30hrs.

These works will be carried out on a rolling programme to minimise disruption.

The alternative route for traffic will be via C3006 Tiers Cross to Haverfordwest road, C3024 Tiers Cross to White Hart Crossroads, B4327 Haverfordwest to Dale road, C3125 Walwyns Castle to Capeston road and C3120.

The Order will remain valid for a maximum period of 18 months as a contingency should the works need to be rescheduled or in the event of any unforeseen circumstances.
