The council proposes to make The Borough Council of Sandwell (Clent Road) (20mph Zone) Order 2026 to prohibit any vehicle exceeding a speed of 20mph on the length of Clent Road, from the junction with Wolverhampton Road to a point 80m north of its junction with Ramsay Road. The council proposes to construct a new pedestrian crossing (puffin) on Wolverhampton Road, Oldbury, approximately 12m north-west of the junction with Clent Road.
