Rhoddir HYSBYSIAD drwy hyn y bydd Cyngor Sir Penfro yn gwneud Gorchymyn o dan Adran 21 o Ddeddf Cyffyrddolebau Heddiuoedd Trefol 1847 i atal rhwystr etc.

YN YSTOD oriau penodol ar ddydd Sul 19, dydd Mercher 22, a dydd Sadwrn 25 Gorffennaf 2025, oherwydd gwahanol weithgareddau sy’n gysylltiedig ag Wythnos Ddinesig Arberth yn cael eu cynnal ar y briffordd (Parêd y Maer, Pram Push a’r Carnifal), bydd y darnau o’r ffordd a nodir yn Atodlen yr Hysbysiad hwn yn orlawn ac yn agored i berygl.

Mae Cyngor Sir Penfro YN GORCHYMYN AC YN CYFARWYDDO’r rheoliadau a ganlyn er mwyn atal rhwystr yn y darnau o ffyrdd a nodir ar y briffordd a nodir, yn unol â’r pwerau a roddwyd gan Adran 21 Deddf Cyffyrddolebau Heddiuoedd Trefol 1847:

1. Yn amodol ar y darpariaethau a gynhwysir yn erthyglau 2 a 3, ni chaiff neb beri na chaniatáu i unrhyw gerbyd deithio ar hyd y darnau hynny o ffyrdd a fanylir yn yr Atodlen ar gyfer yr Hysbysiad hwn.

2. Ni fydd dim yn erthygl 1 y gorchymyn hwn yn gymwys i unrhyw gerbyd a ddefnyddir gan y gwasanaethau brys, cerbydau a ddefnyddir mewn cysylltiad â’r digwyddiadau sy’n arwain at y gorchymyn hwn, neu unrhyw beth a wneir gyda chaniatâd neu dan gyfarwyddyd swyddog yr heddlu.

3. Bydd y cyfyngiadau a osodir gan y Gorchymyn hwn ond yn gymwys yn ystod cyfnodau a nodir ac i’r fath raddau a ddynodir gan arwyddion traffig, Swyddog yr Heddlu neu Swyddog Rheoli Traffig sy’n gysylltiedig â’r digwyddiad.

PUBLIC NOTICE

THE COUNTY OF PEMBROKE (NARBERTH CIVIC WEEK) (MOORFIELD ROAD / HIGH STREET / SPRING GARDENS / ST JAMES STREET / MARKET STREET / BRIDGE HILL / CASTLE STREET / MARKET SQUARE / WATER STREET, NARBERTH)

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC) ORDER 2026

NOTICE is hereby given that the Pembrokeshire County Council is to make an Order under Section 21 of the Town Police Clauses Act 1847 for the prevention of obstruction etc.

WHEREAS during certain hours on Sunday 19th Wednesday 22nd and Saturday 25th July 2026, due to various activities associated with Narberth Civic Week taking place on the highway (Mayors Parade, ‘Pram Push’ and Carnival), those lengths of road as detailed in the Schedule to this Notice will be thronged and liable to be obstructed.

Pembrokeshire County Council pursuant to the powers conferred by Section 21 of the Town Police Clauses Act 1847 DO HEREBY ORDER AND DIRECT that for the purpose of preventing obstruction in the said sections of road on the said days, the following regulations shall be observed:-

1. Subject to those provisions contained in articles 2 & 3, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed along those lengths of road detailed in the Schedule to this Notice.

2. Nothing in article 1 of this order shall apply to any vehicle being used by the emergency services, vehicles being used in connection with the events giving rise to this order, or anything done with the permission or under the direction of a police officer.

3. The restrictions imposed by this Order will only apply during such times and to such extent as indicated by traffic signs, a Police Officer or Traffic Management Officer associated with the event.
