TEMPORARY ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 (AS AMENDED)
Notice is hereby given that the City Council intends, in not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make the following Temporary Road Traffic Order(s):
ORDER NO. MCC000 151175489 : The City of Manchester (Dyche Street, Piccadilly Ward)(Temporary Suspension of Parking ) Order 2026 under s14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order will be to suspend the operation of the designated parking place on Dyche Street from Sharp Street to Ludgate Street. The Council is satisfied that the suspension and prohibition is necessary in order to facilitate S278 Agreed works. It is expected that the work will be in progress between 22nd July 2026 and 22nd January 2028.
The Order shall come into operation on 22nd July 2026 and may remain in force for a maximum period of eighteen months. If all necessary works are completed within a shorter period, the Order shall cease to have effect at the end of that shorter period.
