TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PART OF
THE U7348 WEAVERS DRIVE, GLEMSFORD
Suffolk County Council has made an order closing the U7348 Weavers Drive, Glemsford from number 12 for 100 metres north westbound to facilitate ducting works. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period. Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.
There will be no diversion route.
It is intended that the closure will operate on 09/07/2026 from 9.30am - 3.30pm but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PART OF
THE U3200 PARKSIDE AVENUE, IPSWICH
Suffolk County Council intends to make an order closing the U3200 Parkside Avenue, Ipswich from Westerfield Road for 60 metres southbound to facilitate overhead cabling works. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period. Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.
The diversion route will be Constable Road, Tuddenham Road, Westerfield Road and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will operate on 18/07/2026 but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).

THE C218 CRATFIELD ROAD, COOKLEY
Suffolk County Council has made an order closing the C218 Cratfield Road, Cookley from the junction with Linstead Road for 509 metres eastbound to facilitate the testing of a telecommunications pole and tree cutting works. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period. Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.
The diversion route will be Linstead Road, Laxfield Road, Huntingfield Road, Low Road, the B1117, Halesworth Road, the road from the B1117 to the C216 and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will operate on 09/07/2026 from 9.30am - 3.30pm but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).

Suffolk County Council intends to make an order closing the B1111 Barningham Road, Stanton from Waxhamole for 100 metres southbound to facilitate sewer works. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period. Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.
The diversion route will be B1111, A1066, B1113, A143, B1111 and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will operate from 20/07/2026 - 14/08/2026 but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PART OF
FOOTPATHS 12 AND 13, KEDINGTON
Suffolk County Council has made an order closing Footpath 12, Kedington and Footpath 13, Kedington from the junction with Footpath 28 for 820 metres southbound for safety reasons during repairs to surface defects. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period.
There is no diversion route.
This order continues in force the emergency measures operating since 19/06/2026.
It is intended that the closure will operate until 18/12/2026 or longer if extended by the Minister.

THE A144 HALESWORTH ROAD, WENHASTON WITH MELLS HAMLET
Suffolk County Council intends to make an order closing the A144 Halesworth Road, Wenhaston with Mells Hamlet from at the level crossing for 20 metres eastbound and 20 metres westbound to facilitate level crossing renewal works. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period. Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.
The diversion route will be the A145, the A146, the A143, the A144 and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will operate from:
- 11:30pm on 18/07/2026 - 9am on 19/07/2026
- 10:30pm on 19/07/2026 - 6:30am on 20/07/2026
If necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).
