LIVERPOOL CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC NOTICE

The following applications have been made to the City Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts.

26F/1778 - 48 Out Lane (25) Applicant Mark Campbell. To change use of premises to a children's home (Use Class C2).

26F/1831 - County Sessions Court, William Brown Street Liverpool (3) Applicant Miss Charlotte O'Rourke, National Museums Liverpool. To carry out internal and external alterations with repairs and refurbishment of existing timber sash windows and repair and improvement of roof leadwork, flashings, gutters, and rainwater goods.

26L/1854 - 2 Green Lane (13) Applicant Lohan Munhoz. To undertake internal and external alterations including installation of bike store to rear and remedial works to existing windows in connection with the use of the premises as 7 no. flats.

26F/1780 - 2 Green Lane (13) Applicant Lohan Munhoz. To install bike store to rear and undertake remedial works to existing windows in connection with the use of the premises as 7 no. flats. 

26F/1432 - The Works, 38 Bold Street (1) Applicant Loaded Sky Ltd. To carry out alterations to shopfront.

26A/1431 - The Works, 38 Bold Street (1) Applicant Loaded Sky Ltd. To display 1 no. externally illuminated fascia sign and 1 no. externally illuminated projecting sign. 

26F/1536 - Land between Longmoor Lane and Warbreck Moor (9) Applicant LCC Group Limited. Erection of a petrol filling station comprised of 2 no. canopies, 10 self-serve filling bays, ancillary buildings, 3 lance wash bays and 1 drive through car wash, with associated boundary treatments, vehicle access and landscaping. *Amended Description*

26A/1706 - Waterstones, 14-16 Bold Street (1) Applicant Yolo Liverpool Bold Street Ltd. To display 1 no. externally illuminated projecting/hanging sign, 2 no. internally illuminated fascia signs, 2 no. internally illuminated digital menu screens set behind glazing.

26L/1711 - Waterstones, 14-16 Bold Street (1) Applicant Yolo Liverpool Bold Street Ltd. To carry out internal refurbishment works.

26F/1818 & 26L/2819 - 19 The Beeches Aigburth Hall Road (19) Applicant Mr Joseph Gerrard. Part retrospective application to convert vacant care home to dwellinghouse, carry out internal alterations and replace all windows with conservation grade upvc and to demolish existing outbuilding at rear. 

26F/1436 - 70 Sandstone Road East (13) Applicant Darren Bullen, The Riverside Group. To replace seven existing windows on a like-for-like basis.

Any comments you want to make must be received by 30th July 2026 and can be made online or in writing to the Director of Planning & Building Control, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH. 

In the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, for a householder application only, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage. Please note that any comments sent can be seen by members of the public,including the applicant.
