HYSBYSIR drwy hyn fod Cyngor Dinas Casnewydd, wrth arfer ei bwerau o dan Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (fel y’i diwygiwyd) yn bwriadu, o fewn 7 diwrnod o ddyddiad y rhybysiad hwn i wneud gorchymyn a fydd yn gwahardd unrhyw gerbyd rhag symud ar hyd Cot Farm Circle, Casnewydd o'i gyffordd â Hendre Farm Drive i'w gyffordd â Cot Farm Walk, Casnewydd. Mae’r llwybr amgen ar hyd Hendre Farm Drive a Cot Farm Walk, Casnewydd. Y rheswm dros wneud y gorchymyn yw oherwydd gwaith draenio. Bydd y gorchymyn arfaethedig ar waith o 27 Gorffennaf 2026 a bydd yn parhau am gyfnod o 18 mis neu hyd nes y bydd y gwaith wedi’i gwblhau, os yw’n gynharach. Disgwylir i’r gwaith bara 4 wythnos. NEWPORT CITY COUNCIL

(COT FARM CIRCLE, NEWPORT) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2026

NOTICE is hereby given that Newport City Council in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) intends not less than 7 days from the date of this notice to make an order the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along Cot Farm Circle, Newport from its junction with Hendre Farm Drive to its junction with Cot Farm Walk, Newport. The alternative route is via Hendre Farm Drive and Cot Farm Walk, Newport. The reason for making the order is due to drainage works. The proposed order will be operative from 27th July 2026 and will continue in force for a period of 18 months or until works have been completed, if earlier. The anticipated duration of the works is 4 weeks. Pedestrian will be available at all times and emergency access will be made quickly available.
