Proposed Order: To close that part of U41202 Chawson Ln from its junction with U41201 Salwarpe Ln to its junction with U41661 Barncroft Way.

Reason: Remedial works by WCC.

Alternative route: Northbound Diversion: U41201 Salwarpe Ln, C2086 Copcut Ln, A38 Droitwich Rd, A38 Roman Way, A38 Northbound Exit Slip to High Park Roundabout, C2254 Ombersley Way, U41202 New Chawson Ln. Southbound Diversion: U41202 New Chawson Ln, C2254 Ombersley Way, A38 Southbound Entry Slip from High Park Roundabout, A38 Roman Way, A38 Droitwich Rd, C2086 Copcut Ln, U41201 Salwarpe Ln.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day between 4 August and 18 August 2026.

(U21389 Regents Park Road/C2247 Stratford Road/U20010 Royal Worcester Crescent, Bromsgrove)
(Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Proposed Order: To close that part of 1: U21389 Regents Park Road from its junction with U20075 Spode Gardens to its junction with C2247 Stratford Rd. 2: C2247 Stratford Road from its junction with U21389 Regents Park Rd for a distance of 505 metres in a south easterly direction including for a distance of 70 metres in a westerly direction until the exit from A448 Bromsgrove Highway. 3: U20010 Royal Worcester Crescent from its junction with U21389 Regents Park Rd to its junction with U20035 Davenham Rd.

Reason: Carriageway resurfacing by WCC.

Alternative route: Closure 1 & 2 diversion: U21389 Regents Park Rd (part), A38 Slideslow Farm Roundabout, A38 Bromsgrove Eastern Bypass, B4184 New Rd, B4184 Finstall Rd, C2247 Alcester Rd and vice versa. Diversion for westbound exit from the A448 Bromsgrove Highway: A448 Bromsgrove Highway, A38 Slideslow Farm Roundabout, U21389 Regents Park Rd. Closure 3 diversion: No diversion possible.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days between 31 July 2026 and 7 August 2026.

(C2149 Broughton Green to Hollowfields Road, Hanbury) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Proposed Order: To close that part of C2149 Broughton Green to Hollowfields Rd from its junction with U42000 Hollowfields Rd to its junction with C2149 Harmans Hill.

Reason: Work to the ford to improve safety and visibility by vegetation clearance and flood level signage by WCC.

Alternative route: C2032 Middle Rd to Himbleton, C2032 Himbleton to Middle Rd, C2149 Harmans Hill and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days. Commencing: 3 August 2026.

(C2149 Hollowfields Road, Hanbury) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Proposed Order: To close that part of C2149 Hollowfields Rd from its junction with C2149 Broughton Green to Hollowfields Rd, to its junction with C2032 Middle Rd to Himbleton.

Reason: Maintenance work on the ford by WCC.

Alternative route: C2149 Broughton Green to Hollowfields Rd, C2149 Harmans Hill, C2150 Goosehill to Earls Common, C2032 Middle Road to Himbleton and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days. Commencing: 3 August 2026.

(C2045 Holyoakes Lane, Bentley) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Proposed Order: To close that part of C2045 Holyoakes Ln from its junction with U22208 Gypsy Ln to its junction with C2060 Curr Ln.

Reason: Drainage work by WCC.

Alternative route: C2045 Copyholt Ln, C2177 Upper Gambolds Ln, C2176 St. Godwalds Rd, B4184 Finstall Rd, B4184 Alcester Rd, C2045 Holyoakes Ln (part) and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days (24hrs). Commencing: 3 August 2026.

(C2004 Stoke Road, Wychbold) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Proposed Order: To close that part of C2004 Stoke Rd from its junction with C2148 Astwood Ln for a distance of 614 metres in an easterly direction until the Rail Bridge.

Reason: Carriageway resurfacing by WCC.

Alternative route: C2004 Stoke Ln, A38 Rashwood Interchange, A38 Rashwood Hill, A38 Impney, B4065 Bromsgrove Rd, B4090 Hanbury Rd, B4090 Droitwich Rd, B4091 Hanbury Rd, C2033 Westonhall Rd, C2004 Shaw Ln and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days between 3 August 2026 and 10 August 2026.

(U21000 Perryfields Road, Bromsgrove) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Proposed Order: To close that part of U21000 Perryfields Rd from its junction with A448 Kidderminster Rd for a distance of 825 metres in a northerly direction.

Reason: Water main replacement by Fincher Utilities Ltd on behalf of Taylor Wimpey Homes.

Alternative route: A448 Kidderminster Rd, A448 St. John St, A448 Market St, B4091 Stourbridge Rd, U21000 Perryfields Rd (part) and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 26 days (24hrs). Commencing: 3 August 2026.

(U20002 Fockbury Road, Dodford) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Proposed Order: To close that part of U20002 Fockbury Rd from its junction with U20003 Priory Rd to its junction with A448 Kidderminster Rd.

Reason: Remedial works by STW.

Alternative route: A448 Kidderminster Rd, U21000 Perryfields Rd, U21204 Fockbury Mill Ln, U21204 Snakes Lake Ln, U21202 Bromsgrove Rd, U21202 Valley Rd, C2062 Doctors Hill, U20009 Yarnold Ln, U20007 Warbage Ln, U20003 Priory Rd and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days. Commencing: 1 August 2026.

(U20651 Yew Tree Lane, Frankley) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Proposed Order: To close that part of U20651 Yew Tree Ln from its junction with C2063 Oxwood Ln to its junction with C2039 Frankley Hill Ln.

Reason: Surface dressing by WCC.

Alternative route: C2063 Oxwood Ln, C2063 Frankley Green Ln, C2039 Frankley Hill Ln and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day between 3 August and 16 August 2026.

(U21612 Hillview Road, Rubery) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Proposed Order: To close that part of U21612 Hillview Rd from its junction with U21614 Beeches Cl to its junction with U21615 Pinewoods Cl.

Reason: Replace damaged pole by Openreach.

Alternative route: U21606 Richmond Rd, U21601 Callowbrook Ln, U21623 Windmill Ave, U21618 Rea Ave and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day. Commencing: 31 July 2026.

(U20009 Yarnold Lane, Dodford) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Proposed Order: To close that part of U20009 Yarnold Ln from its junction with U20007 Warbage Ln to its junction with C2062 Dordale Rd.

Reason: Utility work by STW.

Alternative route: U20007 Warbage Ln, C2062 Dordale Rd and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days (24hrs). Commencing: 4 August 2026.

(U21233 Crabtree Lane, Bromsgrove) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Proposed Order: To close that part of U21233 Crabtree Lane from its junction with U21230 Churchfields to its junction with The Orchard (NSG Ref 40702769).

Reason: Carriageway resurfacing by WCC.

Alternative route: U21215 Broad St, B4091 Stourbridge, A448 Market St, U21233 Church St, U21233 Crabtree Ln (part) and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days between 14 July and 27 July 2026.

(U20003 Priory Road & U20007 Warbage Lane, Dodford)
Order made: To close that part of 1. U20003 Priory Rd from its junction with U20007 Warbage Ln to its junction with U20004 Church Rd. 2. U20007 Warbage Ln from its junction with U20003 Priory Rd to its junction with U20009 Yarnold Ln.

Reason: Footway reconstruction by WCC.

Alternative route: U20003 Priory Rd (part), U20002 Fockbury Rd, U20007 Alfreds Well, U20007 Nibletts Hill, U20007 Warbage Ln (part) and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 15 days between 13 July 2026 and 31 July 2026.

EXEMPTIONS: TO PERMIT ACCESS TO ANY LAND OR PREMISES FRONTING THE HIGHWAY AFFECTED WHERE THERE IS NO OTHER FORM OF ACCESS; AND TO ALLOW THE WORKS TO BE UNDERTAKEN.

(Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places Consolidation Order 2013 (Variation) Order 2026

[Prohibition of Waiting and Limited Waiting on Birmingham Road, Bromsgrove]

On 25 June 2026 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following length and side of roads in Bromsgrove:-

Birmingham Road (Southeast side): From a point 61m from the roundabout with approaches from All Saints Road and Burcot Road for a distance of 6m in a south westerly direction.

(Southeast side): From a point 116m from the roundabout with approaches from All Saints Road and Burcot Road for a distance of 5m in a south westerly direction.

Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to impose limited waiting (1 hour with no return within 2 hours 8am-6:30pm) on the following length and side of road in Bromsgrove:

Birmingham Road (Southeast side – Parking Bays): From a point 67m from the roundabout with approaches from All Saints Road and Burcot Road for a distance of 55m in a south westerly direction.

The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons’ vehicles.

The Order will come into operation on 16 July 2026.

(District of Wychavon – Droitwich Area) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2004 (Variation) Order 2026
[Prohibition of Waiting and No Stopping on School Keep Clear Markings on U41718 & U41720 Briar Mill, Droitwich]

On 25 June 2026 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following side and length of road in Droitwich:-

U41718 (North side):- From its junction with U41720 (Briar Mill) for a distance of 37 metres in an easterly direction.

(South side): From its junction with U41720 (Briar Mill) for a distance of 23 metres in an easterly direction.

U41720 (Briar Mill) (East side): From its junction with U41718 for a distance of 10 metres in a southerly direction and 18 metres in a north westerly direction.

No Stopping on School Keep Clear Markings

U41718 (Both sides): From a point 112 metres east of its junction with U41720 (Briar Mill) for a distance of 42.5 metres in an easterly direction.

U41720 (Briar Mill) (Both sides):

• From a point 27 metres northwest of its junction with U41718 for a distance of 30 metres in a north westerly direction.
• (West side): From a point 249 metres northwest of its junction with U41718 for 28 metres in a north westerly direction and from a point 357 metres northwest of its junction with U41718 for 30 metres in a north westerly direction.

The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons’ vehicles.

The Order will come into operation on 16 July 2026.
