TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
PARWICH LANE, MOULDRIDGE LANE, HEDGE LANE PIKEHALL TEMPORARY 30 MPH SPEED LIMIT, A5012 TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF STOPPING (24 HOUR RURAL CLEARWAY) PARWICH LANE

WHEN: 29 July (07:00) to 03 August 2026 (01:00)

WHERE: Temporary Road Closure - Parwich Lane, Mouldridge Lane, Hedge Lane and A5012 Pikehall between A5012 Jct’s with Parwich Lane and Mouldridge Lane to Jct. with Pike Hall Lane.

Temporary 30 mph speed limit - A5012 for a distance of 2.5km east and west from Jct. with Mouldridge Lane. Temporary prohibition of stopping (24 Hour Rural Clearway) - Parwich Lane between Jct. of A5012 and Jct. with Mouldridge Lane.

REASON: To facilitate YNOT FESTIVAL

ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: A5012 Aston Hill, Aldwark, B5056, Bradbourne Road, Highway Lane, Backhill Lane and vice versa. In case of an emergency a ATTRO will be activated. Access will be maintained, whenever reasonably possible, on the affected length of road. The road will reopen as soon as the festival is finished. This may be earlier than advertised.

Anyone needing further information should ring Call Derbyshire on 01629 533190. The County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit its use by traffic, and to prohibit stopping at any time.
