Mae Cyngor Sir Ddinbych yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn ddim cynt na 7 diwrnod o 8 Gorffennaf 2026, sy’n gwahardd cerbydau rhag defnyddio’r B5429 Pentrecelyn yn Sir Ddinbych, sy’n ymestyn i gyfeiriad y gogledd ddwyrain o bwynt 190 metr i’r gogledd ddwyrain o’r gyffordd â’r A525 am bellter o tua 360 metr.

Mae angen cau’r ffordd i hwyluso gwaith wal gynnal gan Pen y Bryn Joinery Ltd. Bydd y ffordd yn agored i gerddwyr drwy gydol y cyfnod cau.

Bydd arwyddion ar gyfer y llwybr amgen trwy B5429, A525, B5431, cyffordd Llidart Fawr i Dy Newydd, cyffordd Derwen Llanerch i gyffordd Llidart Fawr, Graigfechan i Derwen Llanerch.

Bydd y Gorchymyn mewn grym o 25 Gorffennaf 2026 am gyfnod o ddeunaw mis neu hyd nes y bydd y gwaith wedi ei gwblhau, pa un bynnag sydd gynharaf. Disgwylir i’r gwaith barhau tan tua 28 Awst 2026.

NOTICE OF TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ORDER

NOTICE OF TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC ORDER

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1)

Denbighshire County Council intends not sooner than 7 days from 8th July 2026 to make an Order prohibiting vehicles using B5429 Pentrecelyn in the County of Denbigh which extends north-eastward from a point 190 metres north-east of its junction with A525 for a distance of approximately 360 metres.

The closure is necessary to facilitate retaining wall works by Pen y Bryn Joinery Ltd. Pedestrian access will be maintained throughout the period of closure.

The signposted alternative route will be via B5429, A525, B5431, Llidiarf Fawr junction to Ty Newydd, Derwen Llanerch junction to Llidiart Fawr junction, Graigfechan to Derwen Llanerch.

The Order is effective from 25th July 2026 for an eighteen-month period or the earlier completion of the works whichever is soonest. The works are expected to last approximately until 28th August 2026.
