Liverpool Street Eastbound Cycle Lane - Temporary Road Traffic Regulation Order
What is happening?
The Council of the City of Salford intends to make in no less than 7 days under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984: SALFORD CITY COUNCIL (LIVERPOOL STREET EASTBOUND CYCLE LANE)
TEMPORARY ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2026.
The Order will introduce a cycle lane closure on Liverpool Street, starting from the junction of Cavell Way heading eastbound towards the junction of Cross Lane, Salford, M5 4AD. The Order is necessary to create a temporary entrance to the construction development site. The order is due to come into operation on Monday 3rd August 2026 and will last for a period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. The works are expected to be completed by Sunday 16th August 2026.
