What is happening?

THE EAST RIDING OF YORKSHIRE COUNCIL
(ON STREET PARKING PLACES) (CIVIL ENFORCEMENT) (CONSOLIDATION) ORDER (AMENDMENT 94 - VARIOUS STREETS, MELTON)

1. On the 2 July 2026, East Riding of Yorkshire Council made this Order which will be operative from the 9 July 2026, the effect of which will be to introduce No Waiting at Any Time restrictions on various streets in Melton around the South Hunsley School.

2. A copy of the Order and relevant plan may be examined during normal office hours at Brough Library and Customer Services, Petuaria Centre, 10 Centurion Way, Brough HU15 1DF.

3. If you wish to question the validity of this Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within six weeks from 9 July 2026 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
