BROADLEY WAY PLAY AREA, BROADLEY WAY, WELTON, EAST RIDING OF YORKSHIRE, HU15 1TA
NOTICE is given pursuant to sections 123(1) and (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972, that East Riding of Yorkshire Council is considering a request to dispose via lease of an area of open space on Broadley Way, Welton, East Riding of Yorkshire, HU15 1TA comprising an area of approximately 0.63 acres (0.25Ha), for use as public recreation area including multi-use games arena to Elloughton-cum-Brough Town Council. A plan identifying the land to be potentially leased to the Town Council may be requested free of charge by email request to geordie.barnett@eastriding.gov.uk.
Any objections or representations regarding the potential disposal must be made in writing, the preferred method is by email to neil.archbutt@eastriding.gov.uk or alternatively by post to Neil Archbutt, Valuation and Estates Group Manager, County Hall, Beverley, HU17 9BA to be received no later than 4.30pm, 30 July 2026.
