What is happening?

STAFFORDSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC

Notice is hereby given that Staffordshire County Council on 2/7/26 made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along:

Anslow Rd, Hanbury. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/?tm=GB149740707. The Order will come into operation on 14/7/26 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 14/7/26. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the pole replacement works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

Notice is hereby given that Staffordshire County Council intend not less than 7 days from the date of this notice to make an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along:

Combridge Ln, Hollington Rd, Station Rd, Red Hill, Old Uttoxeter Rd & Lady Meadow Ln, East Staffordshire. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/?tm=143967743. The Order will come into operation on 23/7/26 and the said event will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the event will be completed by 26/7/26. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the Liv Golf 2026 event, has been completed, whichever is the earlier.

Lower Nobut Rd, Dagdale. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/?tm=GB150260587. The Order will come into operation on 28/7/26 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed on the same day. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the pole renewal works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

Hill St, Burton-on-Trent. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/?tm=GB150079755. The Order will come into operation on 27/7/26 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 31/7/26. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the trial hole and survey works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – 24 HOUR CARRIAGEWAY CLEARWAY, SPEED & WEIGHT RESTRICTION

Notice is hereby given that Staffordshire County Council intend not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order the effect of which is to impose a 24 hour carriageway clearway, speed and weight restriction along:

Rocester Bypass in Rocester, Ashbourne Rd in Crakemarsh –Rocester Rd & Hollington Rd in Croxden – Hollington Rd, New Rd, Rocester Bypass, Ashbourne Rd, Churnet Row, Woodseat Level, High St, Reddie Cls, Edes Farm Dr, Northfield Ave, Church Ln, Abbey Rd & Riversfield Dr in Rocester – Stubwood Ln, Stubwood Hollow, Lady Meadow Ln, New Rd, Main Rd, Lady Meadow Cls, Hawthorne Cls, Denstone Ln & Bennion Grv in Denstone – Ashbourne Rd in Crakemarsh – Rocester Rd & Hollington Rd in Croxden – Hollington Rd, New Rd, Rocester Bypass, Ashbourne Rd, Churnet Row, Woodseat Level, High St, Reddie Cls, Edes Farm Drv, Northfield Ave, Church Ln, Abbey Rd & Riversfield Drv in Rocester – Stubwood Ln, Stubwood Hollow, Lady Meadow Ln, New Rd, Main Rd, Lady Meadow Cls, Hawthorne Cls, Denstone Ln & Bennion Grv in Denstone.
