TEMPORARY 40 MPH SPEED LIMIT EXTENSION DALE ROAD, OCKBROOK

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Order made by Derbyshire County Council on 21 May 2026 under Section 14 of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), the effect of which was to impose a 40 mph Speed Limit on Dale Road, has been further continued.

The extension of the restriction will be in force until 18 July 2026 or until the works are completed, whichever is the sooner to facilitate construction of new entrance, road widening and carriageway resurfacing in connection with Bloor Homes housing development from the Derbyshire County Boundary for approximately 230m north east.
