Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above order dated 6th July 2026 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Camborne. This prohibition is necessary for resurfacing works and it is expected that the closure will be from 20th July 2026 to 7th August 2026. Roads subject to prohibition - Trerise Road and Uglow Close, Camborne for their entire lengths, Wellington Close, Camborne between the junction of Trerise Road and grid reference SW6446440301, St Meriadoc Road, Camborne between the junction of Trerise Road and grid reference SW6447840385.

Notice is further given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily impose a stopping prohibition the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any motor vehicle to stop as specified on the undermentioned lengths of road in Camborne. Where any vehicle is found to be in contravention of the Order it may receive a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) and may be removed from site. Roads subject to stopping prohibition - Trerise Road and Uglow Close, Camborne for their entire lengths, Wellington Close, Camborne between the junction of Trerise Road and grid reference SW6446440301, St Meriadoc Road, Camborne between the junction of Trerise Road and grid reference SW6447840385.

The prohibitions will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1700, weekdays only. An alternative route will be signed on site. Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 6th July 2026 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Mawla. This prohibition is necessary for electric connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 20th July 2026 to 31st July 2026. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.

Cornwall Council Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984) Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2026

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 30th June 2026 in exercise of its powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to prohibit the use by traffic over an area of highway being Access To Rear Of 2 To 22 Southgate Street, Redruth between grid references SW7037341292 and SW7038041279. The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed because works are being executed on or near the highway to investigate hole in the carriageway. The Order will come into operation on 1st July 2026 and the works are expected to be completed by the 9th December 2026.

The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included. The road was previously closed for reasons of public safety by notice under Section 14(2) of the RTRA 1984 from the 10th June 2026 fora period of 21 days. Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 1st July 2026 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily impose a stopping prohibition the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any motor vehicle to stop as specified on the undermentioned lengths of road in Troon Roads subject to stopping prohibition - Newton Road, Troon between grid references SW6608138578 and SW6607238616, and Newton Moor, Troon between grid references SW6607438614 and SW6609338619. The Order will come into operation on 2nd July 2026 and the works are expected to be completed by the 27th November 2026.

The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included. The Council is satisfied that the Order is necessary to assist in bus movements due to road closure. The road was previously restricted for reasons of public safety by notice under Section 14(2) of the RTRA 1984 from the 11th June 2026 for a period of 21 days.
