THE COUNCIL INTENDS TO MAKE

(High St, Burnham) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2026 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in High St for approx. 176M. Alternative route: Britwell Rd, Hogfair Ln, Jennery Ln and vice versa. The closure is required whilst sewer works commence on 30 July 2026. The proposed Order will come into operation on 30 July 2026, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

(Missenden Rd, Chesham) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2026 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Missenden Rd for approx. 259M. Alternative route: Chesham Rd, Hyde Heath Rd, Frith Hill, Missenden Bypass, London Rd, Amersham Rd, Keepers Ln, Amersham Bypass, Gore Hill, London Rd West, Station Rd, Red Lion St, St Marys Way, Church St and vice versa. The closure is required whilst a gas mains replacement commence on 27 July 2026. The proposed Order will come into operation on 27 July 2026, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

(Church Ln, Lacey Green) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2026 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Church Ln for approx. 50M. Alternative route: Church Ln, Main Rd and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Gigaclear works commences on 27 July 2026. The proposed Order will come into operation on 27 July 2026, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

(Bolter End Ln, Bolter End) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2026 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Bolter End Ln for approx. 59 M. Alternative route: Wycombe Rd, Water End Rd, Marlow Rd, Elizabeth Rd, Saunders Wood Cope, Stokenchurch Rd and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Thames Water works commences on 27 July 2026. (Berwick Ln, Marlow) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2026 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Berwick Ln for approx. 79M. Alternative route: Seymour Court Rd, Berwick Rd and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Cadent Gas works commences on 20 July 2026. The proposed Order will come into operation on 20 July 2026, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

(Chapman Ln, Bourne End) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2026 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Chapman Ln for approx. 60M. Alternative route: Pond Approach, The Common, Beech Tree Rd and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Conventional Surfacing works commences on 31 July 2026. The proposed Order will come into operation on 31 July 2026, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

(Cholesbury Ln, Buckland Common) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2026 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Cholesbury Ln for approx. 87M. Alternative route: Bottom Rd, Parrotts Ln and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Thames Water works commence on 30 July 2026. The proposed Order will come into operation on 30 July 2026, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

(Shogmoor Ln, Frieth) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2026 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Shogmoor Ln for approx. 74M. Alternative route: Frieth Hill, Frieth Rd, Fingest Ln, Fingest Rd, Skirmett Rd, Shogmoor Ln and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Openreach works commences on 10 August 2026. (Northend Rd, Northend) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2026 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Northend Rd for approx. 146M. Alternative route: Northend Rd, Rd Between Hartwood And Northend, Rd Between Hollandridge Ln To Hartwood, Hollandridge Ln, Greenfield, Balham’s Ln, and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Convetional Surfacing works commences on 20 July 2026. The proposed Order will come into operation on 20 July 2026, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

Alternative route: Side Rd, Slade Oak Ln and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Openreach works commences on 19 July 2026. The proposed Order will come into operation on 19 July 2026, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

(Oxford Rd (A4156), Aylesbury) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2026 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Oxford Rd (A4156) for approx. 18M. Alternative route: Gatehouse Rd, Bicester Rd, Haydon Rd, Weedon Rd, Elmhurst Rd, Buckingham Rd, Bierton Rd, Packford Path, Park St, Vale Park Drive, Upper Hundreds Way, Access To Upper Hundreds Multi Storey Car Park, New St, Cambridge St, Oxford Rd (A4156) and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Bucks works commences on 18 June 2026. The proposed Order will come into operation on 18 June 2026, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

(Shepherds Ln, Beaconsfield) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2026 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Shepherds Ln for approx. 46M. Alternative route: London End, Park Ln and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Thames Water works commence on 28 July 2026. The proposed Order will come into operation on 28 July 2026, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

(High St, The BRdway, Market Square, Chesham) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2026 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in High St, The BRdway, Market Square. The suspension is required whilst Bucks Temporary waiting restrictions commence on 10 July 2026. The proposed Order will come into operation on 10 July 2026, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

THE COUNCIL HAS MADE

The Council has made The Buckinghamshire Council (Public Footpath No’s. 19/1 & 19/2, Parish of Ivinghoe) (Temporary Footpath Closure) Order 2026 under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which will temporarily prohibit any person from proceeding, except for access, in that length of Public Footpath commencing at the junction of IVIFP 19/1 & Beacons Road and continues north east for approximately 497M. Alternative route is around the barn and rejoining at Public Footpath 19/4. The closure is required to allow demolition works on existing barn. The Order will come into operation on 1 July 2026, as signed, with a maximum duration of 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the soonest.
