Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 6th July 2026 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily impose a stopping prohibition the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any motor vehicle to stop as specified on the undermentioned length of road in Newquay.
Where any vehicle is found to be in contravention of this Order it may receive a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) and may be removed from site.
This prohibition is necessary for works to improve and repair footways and it is expected that the prohibition will be from 22nd July 2026 to 21st August 2026. Road subject to stopping prohibition - Glamis Road, Newquay for its entire length.
