NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 6th July 2026, Buckinghamshire Council, in exercise of its powers under sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 32, 35, 45, 46, 47, 49, 122 and 124 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and of all other enabling powers, has made an Order to implement various parking restrictions on roads across Taplow as listed below:

If you wish to question the validity of this Order, or of any provision contained therein, on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of this Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to this Order, you may within six weeks from Monday 6th July 2026, by applying to the High Court.
