Warwickshire County Council has made the following Temporary Traffic Orders:
HETTON CLOSE, WARWICK
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: Duct laying works.
Order Commences: 8 July 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 10 July 2026.
Access & Diversion: Hetton Close, Grassington Avenue and vice versa.
Contractor: Sunbelt Rentals, Tel: 03700 500 792.
KINROSS ROAD, LEAMINGTON SPA
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic near to the junction of Hadrian Close.
Reason for Order: Works for the replacement of decayed telegraph pole.
Order Commences: 9 July 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 9 July 2026.
Access & Diversion: Kinross Road, Highland Road, Melton Road, Lime Avenue and vice versa.

OLDWICH LANE EAST, WROXALL
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: Pole testing works.
Order Commences: 8 July 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 8 July 2026.
Access & Diversion: Oldwich Lane East, Oldwich Lane West, Sparrow Cock Lane, Warwick Road, Birmingham Road, Honiley Road and vice versa.

BATH PLACE, LEAMINGTON SPA
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic from Waterloo House to Smith Street.
Reason for Order: Polyduct installation works.
Order Commences: 6 July 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 14 July 2026.
Access & Diversion: Abbott Street, Bath Street, High Street, Bath Place.

HOLYWELL & HIGH CROSS LANE, ROWINGTON
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: Polyduct installation works.
Order Commences: 6 July 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 26 July 2026.
Access & Diversion: High Cross Farm Road, Back Lane, Shrewley Common, The Cumsey, Lye Green, Holywell and vice versa.

STONEHOUSE CLOSE, CUBBINGTON
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: Works as part of the mains renewal program.
Order Commences: 6 July 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 31 July 2026.
Access & Diversion: Stonehouse Close, Windmill Hill, Queen Street, Ledbrook Road and vice versa.

Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: Water pipe renewal works.
Order Commences: 21 July 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 23 July 2026.
Access & Diversion: Chesford Crescent, Greville Road and vice versa.

DENBY CLOSE, LILLINGTON, LEAMINGTON SPA
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: To enable boundary box and meter installation works.
Order Commences: 23 July 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 24 July 2026.
Access & Diversion: No diversion available.

Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: To enable new water connection works.

Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: Works to rebuild water hydrant chamber.
Order Commences: 22 July 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 24 July 2026.
Access & Diversion: No diversion available.

PARK HILL, KENILWORTH
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic from Stoneleigh Road to Whitemoor Road.
Reason for Order: Drainage works, 09.30hrs - 15.30hrs.
Order Commences: 20 July 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 20 July 2026.
Access & Diversion: Whitemoor Road, Spring Lane, Albion Street and vice versa. Contractor: Balfour Beatty, Tel: 03452 415302.
For all of the above temporary orders, pedestrian access to and egress from properties and land situated adjacent to the length of road to be closed will be maintained at all times. Vehicular access will be maintained where possible.
