Notice is hereby given that North Lincolnshire Council intends not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order, the effect of which will be to prohibit any pedestrian from proceeding along Public Footpaths 74, 77, 78, 79 and 86, East Halton from 7am 27 th July 2026-6pm 27 th Jan 2027 (but varied, if necessary, due to any unforeseen circumstances). The closure of these Footpaths is necessary to safeguard the public during the construction of a single carriageway (Able UK).
There isn’t a diversion.
