Proposed Order: To close that part of C2099 New St from its junction with U61240 Backfields Ln to its junction with U61204 Mill Ln.
Reason: Remedial work to rectify defects by Cadent.
Alternative route: C2099 New St (part), A4104 Old St, A4104 Tunnel Hill, A4104 Welland Rd, A4104 Drake St, B4208 Garrett Bank, B4208 Garrett Bank to Danemoor Cross, C2099 Hook Bank, C2099 Upper Hook Rd, C2099 Mill Ln and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days (24hrs). Commencing: 28 July 2026.
(U63114 Clarence Road, Malvern) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026
Proposed Order: To close that part of U63114 Clarence Rd from its junction with U63116 Imperial Rd to its junction with U63161 Clarence Cl.
Reason: Bridgework inspection by Network Rail.
Alternative route: U63118 Manby Rd, C2215 Avenue Rd, U63113 Albert Rd South and vice versa.

Proposed Order: To close that part of U63455 Kinnersley Rd from its junction with U63453 Westward Rd to its junction with U63455 Malton Cl.
Reason: New Vehicle Crossing (Dropped Kerb) by WCC.
Alternative route: U63453 Westward Rd, U63452 Belverley Way, U63447 Halfkey Rd and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day between 27 July 2026 and 30 July 2026.
(U95207 Broadheath) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026
Proposed Order: To close that part of U95207 Broadheath from its junction with B4204 Broadheath for a distance of 290 metres in a south westerly direction.
Reason: Utility work by STW.
Alternative route: U95207 Stoke Bliss, U95206 Stoke Bliss into Herefordshire, B4204 Stanford Bridge, B4204 Broadheath and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day. Commencing: 31 July 2026.
(U61206 Hyde Lane, Upton Upon Severn) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026
Proposed Order: To close that part of U61206 Hyde Ln from its junction with Hydefields (Private Road) for a distance of 120 metres in a northerly direction.
Reason: Safe working for overhead cabling work by Openreach.
Alternative route: U61206 Greenfields Rd, A4104 Welland Rd, A4104 Tunnel Hill, A4104 Old St, C2099 New St, C2099 Mill Ln, C2099 Upper Hook Rd, U61205 Tiltridge Ln and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day. Commencing: 27 July 2026.
EXEMPTIONS: TO PERMIT ACCESS TO ANY LAND OR PREMISES FRONTING THE HIGHWAY AFFECTED WHERE THERE IS NO OTHER FORM OF ACCESS; AND TO ALLOW THE WORKS TO BE UNDERTAKEN.

(Various Roads, Upton Upon Severn) (40 mph Speed Limit)
(Proposal and Revocation) Order 2026
Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to update the speed limit on the following lengths of road in Upton Upon Severn to 40 miles per hour:
B4211: From its junction with A4104 Welland Road in a southerly direction to a point 35m north of its junction with U61208 Stanks Lane.
UC61209 (Wheatley Lane): From its junction with B4211 in a north easterly direction for a distance of 120 metres.
UC61210 (Monsell Lane): From its junction with A4104 (Welland Road) in a southerly direction for a distance of 95 metres.
UC61212 (Old Welland Road): For its entire length.
There are exemptions in the Order for Special Forces Vehicles.

(Malvern Hills District) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2013 (Variation) Order 2026 [Prohibition of Waiting at any Time on Abbey Road and College Road, Malvern]
Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following sides and lengths of road in Malvern: -
Abbey Road (north west and west sides): from a point 74m north east of its junction with Wells Road for a distance of 30m in a north easterly direction and from a point 6.5m south west of its junction with College Road for a distance of 174m in a north easterly and northerly direction.
Abbey Road (south east side): from its junction with College Road for a distance of 6.5m in a south westerly direction and 15m in a north easterly direction.
College Road (west side): from its junction with Abbey Road for a distance of 19m in a southerly direction.
College Road (east side): from its junction with Abbey Road for a distance of 26m in a southerly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.
